Why can’t I see or use my GPU with Redshift in Cinema 4D 2025, but it works in Cinema 4D 2024?

If you can not see or use your GPU with Redshift in Cinema 4D 2025, but can in Cinema 4D 2024, you might be encountering a known issue caused by the app Insta360sticher.

We’ve received several reports that this app can prevent Redshift from initializing the GPU in Cinema 4D 2025.

To resolve this issue, try removing Insta360sticher. For many users, uninstalling the app has resolved the problem.

The biggest clue to this being the issue is if you navigate to your Redshift preferences and do not see your GPU listed under "Compute Devices"
