Some users may experience a problem with Red Giant Application Manager stating "Failed to Activate" when attempting to activate a license.
Please load the Red Giant Application Manager
- Go to the top right hand corner and sign out of all accounts.
- Then, log in with the MyMaxon login only
- skip the Red Giant login.
This should enable you to log in and activate your plugins in the Manager.
