How do I find my Credit Memo?

You can access a Credit Memo from your My.maxon.net account

To access your Credit Memo, please log into my.maxon.net with the purchasing account;

Then go to "Order History" at the top.



If you have more than 1 order, please select the order whose invoice you wish to view. 

Then you should see the "View" button.

When you view the invoice of the purchase you will have 2 options, the original VAT Invoice and the Refund Credit Memo.
