We use a support ticket system in order to streamline support requests and better serve you. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. You will be notified via email after a ticket has been opened with a dedicated link you can use to follow your ticket status online.
