To start, all Red Giant Legacy users will need to contact support to acquire installers for older purchases. When writing your request, include the OS (Win/Mac) you're using so we can send the proper installers.
- For purchases made after 2019:
- You'll need the latest version of the Maxon App, obtained here.
- In addition to the Maxon App, you'll also need to download and use the Serial Filler tool here for Windows or here for Mac.
- Once downloaded, launch it and provide whatever serial you have accessible into the pop up window.
- If the serial was valid, your purchase will appear in the Licenses tab of the Maxon App.

Purchases made before 2019 will not be activated through the Maxon App. Instead, serial numbers will be inputted directly into the installers provided from Support.

To locate your serial numbers, sign into my.maxon.net using the email associated with your Red Giant account. Once logged in, locate Legacy Licenses tab, and select Manage to see your serial numbers.
