Troubleshooting MyMaxon Account Connection Issues in Cinema 4D & Browser (No Offline License Found)

If you can’t connect to your MyMaxon account or access maxon.net through Cinema 4D or your web browser — and you see the “No Offline License Found” message — review these factors, which may impede your connection:

  1. Check your internet connection. Check that your device is connected to the internet and can load other websites without issue.

  2. Verify your network configuration. If you can't reach maxon.net, check that your network and proxy settings aren't affecting your connection.

  3. Allow the following domains. If you are behind a proxy or firewall, ensure these addresses are allowed:

    • id.maxon.net

    • maxon.net

    • my.maxon.net

    • cloudfront.net

    • cloudflare.com

    • cloudflareinsights.com

    • recaptcha.net

    • maxonassets.imgix.net

    • cookiebot.com

After all three factors have been accounted for, restart Cinema 4D and try connecting again.
