Invitation emails not working typically occurs because:
- Browser caching issues, which can be resolved either by cleaning your browser's cache, or using a different browser entirely.
- The invitation has expired, in which case you'll need to delete the invitation and send a new one.
- You're signed in with a Maxon account that differs from the one the invitation is for, in which case you will need to sign out, or delete the invitation and send a new one.
How to delete and re-send invitations
- Head to your Teams Dashboard
- In the All Users column, select Show > Invitations
- Select the invitation you want to delete > Delete Invitation
- Once the invitation is deleted you can resend a new invitation.
