How do I generate a server log?

To generate server logs, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your RLM web interface
  2. Click the ‘Diagnostics’ button on the left side menu
  3. Make note of the file-path shown in the textbox
    • Some older versions of RLM allow you to change this path
    • Newer versions default to the same directory as the RLM executable
  4. Click the “Run Diagnostics” button
  5. Retrieve the “rlmdiag.txt” file from the location shown in step 3
  6. Please attach that file to an email and send it to us at volumesupport@maxon.net
