If your company has purchased Teams licenses and you're trying to find yours, here are a few steps to get you on the right track!
First, ensure that you've received (and accepted!) an invitation to join your Team. That invite will allow you to be apart of the Team and receive licensing from your Team.
If you're unsure, head over to my.maxon.net, log in, and click on the "Licenses" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and if you see your Team’s name listed there, it means you’re part of the Team. It should look something like this:
If you're not seeing your Team's name here, please reach out to your Team's Admin to invite you to the Teams Dashboard.
Now, if you've verified that you're apart of the Team and are not seeing any Available Licenses, your next step is to reach out to your Team's Admin. They’re the ones with the power to assign licenses from the Teams Dashboard. Only Team Admins can manage license assignments, so they’ll be your best point of contact to get things sorted.
