Error Logs can be created on your Desktop by using the Create Error Log option in the top right menu of the Maxon App.
This option will make a .zip file on your Desktop, which you can then attach to your correspondence with a Maxon Support Agent.
Error Logs created from the Maxon App contain an assortment of installation logs, licensing logs, and a bulk of other system information that can then be used to help get a good start on troubleshooting any licensing or Maxon App-related issues you're having.
