Why does the Maxon App open when I launch PluralEyes?

This behavior typically occurs when the latest version of PluralEyes is installed, which cannot be activated with a Legacy license. To rectify this behavior, locate the Products tab in the Maxon App. 

 

 

Then, uninstall PluralEyes through the Red Giant section.

 

 

Once that is complete, you will run an older PluralEyes installer. Note that all PluralEyes Legacy users will need to open a ticket with support to acquire their installers. You can open a support ticket here. Please include the OS that you are using in your inquiry so that we can send you the correct installers.

 

In addition, if your purchase was made prior to 2021, or you have access to PluralEyes through a Shooter Suite license, you may need to import your serial number into the Maxon App using our Serial Filler tool. Please see the FAQ below for more details:
