Premiere Pro generates a Translation Report that details how effects and transitions are carried over during XML conversion. You can generally ignore these messages as long as the sequence that's about to be synced does not have any effects or transitions in it.
The Translation Reports are saved next to the Premiere project file, it is safe to delete them at any time.
