How do I register products out of trial mode?

To activate your product out of trial mode after purchasing a subscription, Sign into Maxon App

1. Head into the Maxon App located in your Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac)
2. Sign in using the same credentials you'd used to purchase your subscription.

The Maxon App automatically detects your purchase and activates it out of trial mode accordingly. 

• If it doesn't, use the menu in the top right to Refresh Account Information.
• If you used the product in a watermarked trial mode prior to registering, you may need to clean out the render cache to remove watermarked frames.

  • Premiere: Click Sequence > Delete Render Files
  • After Effects: Click Edit > Purge > Image Cache Memory
