Where can I retrieve Red Giant serials purchased from redgiant.com?

Red Giant serials are found at the bottom of the Licenses section of your account after signing into my.maxon.net with the email used to purchase them from Red Giant's website.

• A Maxon account was automatically created for all Red Giant users under the emails they had used with Red Giant purchases, containing all of their Red Giant purchase history. Emails were sent about this account creation in early 2021, with steps to setup passwords and access the account.
• Use the reset password option to gain access to these Maxon accounts in the event you are unable to sign into them.

This section is only visible to users who purchased directly through Red Giant's website before it merged with Maxon, and only when using the exact same email that was originally used for purchasing.

If you purchased your Red Giant products through another vendor (e.g. B&H or Toolfarm), you will need to contact that vendor for your order information. Red Giant did not track purchases from third party vendors.
