PlaneSpace: Where's the plugin in After Effects?

There are 10 PlaneSpace tools broken into two types of tools: the Distribution Assistants and Creator Assistants.

These plugins do not appear in the regular Effects & Presets menu in After Effects but are instead under the Window menu highlighted below.
