Can I edit my sequence before I bring it into PluralEyes?

PluralEyes only supports sequences that have not been edited.

Syncing should come before editing because PluralEyes will want to move clips around and analyze them as much as possible in order to get the best sync. If there are edits, transitions, titles, or effects, PluralEyes  will be prevented from properly analyzing the clips' waveforms and translating and interpreting its files through the XML format.
