What is the Teams Dashboard?

The Maxon Teams Dashboard is an opt-in feature for Teams License holders that allows select users on a given team the ability to manage their licenses remotely using a centralized web portal.

Managing licenses using the web portal allows you to remotely:

  • Assign a license to a given user on a team. That user can then sign into the Maxon App with their email and use the assigned license without it being used by anyone else on a team.
  • Transfer a license between users or machines without needing to be physically present at the machine, or needing to sign in with multiple accounts.
  • Monitor license usage by reviewing which licenses are currently in use, when they were last in use, and which licenses are currently assigned to which team members.
  • Group licenses together for teams or departments, which gives them a consistent, dedicated pool of licenses that can't be accessed by other groups.

How do I get access to a Maxon Teams Dashboard?

  1. Contact Maxon Support via the official contact page, or through your Maxon account representative.
  2. Provide your company name, the main contact email for the company, and the email of the primary Maxon account holding your licenses.
    • Note: Only Team licenses are accessible via the Teams Dashboard. If there are any non-Teams licenses on the primary Maxon account, they will not be imported into the Dashboard.
  3. Support will then create the Teams Dashboard based off the information provided.

Contact our Support Team if you have any additional questions about the Teams Dashboard.
