The Maxon Teams Dashboard is an opt-in feature for Teams License holders that allows select users on a given team the ability to manage their licenses remotely using a centralized web portal.
Managing licenses using the web portal allows:
- Assign: Licenses can be remotely assigned to a given user on a team. That user can then sign into the Maxon App with their email and use the assigned license without it being used by anyone else on a team.
- Transfer: Licenses can be reassigned from one user to another, or moved from machine to another via the remote web portal, without needing to be physically present at the machine, or needing to sign in with multiple accounts.
- Monitor: Review which licenses are currently in use or when they were last in use, as well as see which licenses are currently assigned to which team members.
- Manage: Users on a team can be grouped together, giving them their own pool of licenses that can't be accessed by other groups. Licenses can also be assigned to specific Maxon account emails, which is especially useful for some render farm configurations.
