Redshift Custom Builds for Newer Houdini versions

Custom builds are Redshift plugins/installers that work with different versions of Houdini, before they are supported by our official installers.

Houdini's release cycle is different to Redshift's, so custom builds fill the compatibility gap.

Anyone using newer Houdini versions that aren't yet supported by official Redshift installers should use them.

Note that you cannot get official Maxon support for custom builds.
