Can I extend or reset my trial?

A trial can not be extended, however they can be reset after a year has passed from their expiration, which allows you to try the tools again with all of the improvements and features that have since been added.

How do I reset my trial?

After a year has passed since your previous trial period's expiration, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Maxon App
2. Sign in with your Maxon Account
3. Click your email address in the upper right corner to reveal the menu. 
4. Select Check Eligibility for a New Trial
   • If you are eligible, follow the instructions to activate your new Maxon One Trial.
   • If you are not eligible, it means a year has not yet passed since your previous trial expired.
