A trial can possibly be extended, but you need to reach out to Customer Service in a Maxon Support ticket.
However, trials can also be reset after a year has passed from their expiration, which allows you to try the tools again with all of the improvements and features that have since been added.
How do I reset my trial?
After a year has passed since your previous trial period's expiration, follow these steps:
- Launch the Maxon App
- Sign in with your Maxon Account
- Click your email address in the upper right corner to reveal the menu.
- Select Check Eligibility for a New Trial
- If you are eligible, follow the instructions to activate your new Maxon One Trial.
- If you are not eligible, it means a year has not yet passed since your previous trial expired.
