If you are encountering this error when trying to sign into Maxon App:
Please try the following steps:
- Check your firewalls and anti-virus and other security applications to ensure they are not blocking any Maxon, Maxon App, or Red Giant services
- Ensure your machine is connected to a network you have full access too. If your network is managed by someone else, you may need to contact them in order to unblock our software
- Check your machine for any illegitimate Maxon files which includes any non-official RLM files used with Maxon App and remove them
