"Sign In OK, Waiting For Maxon App"

If you are encountering this error when trying to sign into Maxon App:



Please try the following steps:

  • Check your firewalls and anti-virus and other security applications to ensure they are not blocking any Maxon, Maxon App, or Red Giant services
     
  • Ensure your machine is connected to a network you have full access too. If your network is managed by someone else, you may need to contact them in order to unblock our software
     
  • Check your machine for any illegitimate Maxon files which includes any non-official RLM files used with Maxon App and remove them
    • You can find the RLM file location here for:
      • Win: C:\ProgramData\Maxon\RLM\
      • Mac: /Users/Shared/Maxon/RLM/
      • Linux: /etc/opt/maxon/rlm/
