Where can I download older versions of ZBrush?

ZBrush versions released within the year can be downloaded using the Maxon App. 

ZBrush versions purchased before 2022 can be downloaded from Pixologic.

Downloading ZBrush for legacy perpetual licenses

Perpetual ZBrush licenses purchased (i.e. non-subscription licenses) can be downloaded from the Pixologic My Licenses page, located at https://pixologic.com/my-licenses

Older, legacy ZBrush licenses use the original Pixologic licensing system rather than the Maxon licensing system, which means if you installed a Maxon-licensed version of ZBrush but need to use your legacy perpetual license, you will need to uninstall the newer version prior to downloading the old one.

From the Pixologic My Licenses page, you can:

• Download installers for legacy versions
• View your ZBrush serial numbers
• Check your current activations
• Remotely deactivate installations
• Upgrade an eligible perpetual license to ZBrush 2022.0.8, which was the final free upgrade available for legacy perpetual licenses.

The My Licenses page allows up to five installer downloads per day. 
This download allowance resets automatically every 24 hours.

We recommend bookmarking the Pixologic My Licenses page, as it is required for managing legacy licenses and is no longer accessible through normal website navigation.
 

Upgrading from a legacy perpetual license to a newer version of ZBrush

To use the current subscription version of ZBrush, including ZBrush for iPad where applicable, you will need to purchase a ZBrush or Maxon One subscription. The new subscription will then be managed through your Maxon account and the Maxon App.
