If you are facing an issue where the Teams Dashboard Invitation is stating it's not valid for the user, try following these steps:

Solution 1: Ensure the correct user is logged into my.maxon.net
- Go to my.maxon.net and login as the user being invited into the Team.
- Go back to the original Dashboard Invitation email.
- Accept the invitation again while logged into my.maxon.net with that user ID.
- Solution 2: Have the Teams Dashboard Admin delete the invitation through the Dashboard and try again.
If neither of those solutions help, contact Support.
