Error: Installation Failed - Status 11015

This error may appear when installing the Maxon App or any of our software on a Windows system when an ampersand (&) is present in the username, If you get this error, try following these steps:

  1. Create a new user account without & in the account name and log into this new account
  2. Install the Maxon App while logged into this new account
  3. Once Maxon App is installed, log back into the original account and continue to using the Maxon App

This is a known issue that our installer team is checking into remedying with an update.
