Moving from Legacy Subscription to Maxon Subscription

All active ZBrush and ZBrushCore subscriptions have been migrated from their old systems (i.e. ZBrush IDs or My Licenses) and into a Maxon account, and now use the Maxon App for licensing purposes.

If you have an active legacy subscription, you can follow these steps to continue using it:

  1. Sign into my.maxon.net using the email address your license was (and still is) registered under.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link to reset your password. 
  3. Check your email for the password reset confirmation and follow its instructions.
  4. Log into your Maxon account.
  5. Download the Maxon App and install it
  6. Sign into the Maxon App using the Maxon account credentials you just reset the password for.
  7. Use the Maxon App to install ZBrush again.
  8. For any files that you wish to keep, copy them from your legacy installation to the Maxon installation.
  9. Uninstall your legacy copy of ZBrush. 

Note: Only active subscriptions have been migrated.  If your subscription expired or canceled and you wish to renew, you will instead need to purchase a new subscription.  

Going forward, you will manage your subscription through my.maxon.net.  The legacy license systems for ZBrush have been retired and are not longer usable.
