Maxon App shows blank grey screen (Windows only)

Maxon App and Cinema 4D use Edge as their internal browsers. If Edge is disabled or restricted, it can result in in the Maxon App's interface not displaying.

There's two potential solutions to fix this behavior. 

• Solution 1: Check if there's an available Edge update via Windows Update
  1. Close the Maxon App
  2. Head into Start and search for Windows update
  3. Check for Updates 
  4. Restart your machine
  5. Run the Maxon App again
• Solution 2: Run the Edge installer included alongside the Maxon App
  1. Close the Maxon App
  2. Open a File Explorer window
  3. Head to C:\Program Files\Maxon\Tools\
  4. Run MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup.exe
  5. Once it's done, restart your machine
  6. Try the Maxon App again
