GoZ is not working correctly with Cinema 4D; what should I do?

An option that has proven to work for many users is simply reinstalling GoZ in Cinema 4D and Zbrush.

Please see the screenshots below of where to find the GoZ install option in Cinema 4D and the Force reinstall option in Zbrush.

Once the reinstall is complete, retest, and see if GoZ is working as expected.
