GoZ is not working correctly with Cinema 4D; what should I do?

Fix GoZ by reinstalling the bridge

If GoZ is not functioning between Cinema 4D and ZBrush, a clean reinstall of the GoZ bridge commonly resolves the issue.

Click sections below to open and use the locations shown in the screenshot to run the installers in each app.

+Step 1: Cinema 4D (Install GoZ)

Go to Extensions > Go ZBrush > GoZ Install

+Step 2: ZBrush (Force Reinstall)

Go to Preferences > Force Reinstall

After reinstalling both apps, restart them and test the GoZ round‑trip.
