KeyShot Support

Although the ZBrush to KeyShot Bridge is included with ZBrush, KeyShot itself is a product developed and licensed by Luxion.

For legacy "KeyShot for ZBrush" licenses that were originally sold by Pixologic, Maxon is only able to provide access to your existing serial number through the My Licenses section of your legacy Pixologic account, if applicable. All activation, licensing, and functionality support for those licenses is handled directly by Luxion.

All current KeyShot sales, upgrades, and licensing are managed exclusively by Luxion through the KeyShot website.

Luxion independently determines End of Life policies for KeyShot versions. Maxon does not control these policies and cannot override activation limits, download availability, or licensing restrictions once a version has reached End of Life.

The ZBrush to KeyShot Bridge itself is developed by Maxon in coordination with Luxion and is included with ZBrush. Maxon provides support for:

• Bridge installation

• Bridge functionality inside ZBrush

• Troubleshooting connection issues between ZBrush and KeyShot
