How do I get access to the Adobe product(s)?

After you complete your purchase of one of the Maxon One + Adobe bundles, you will receive a redemption code(s) by email following your purchase that will allow you to redeem the Substance 3D Collection and/or Adobe After Effects on Adobe website using your Adobe ID. If you do not have an Adobe ID, you will be required to create an account and then log in.

How do I redeem the Adobe Substance 3D Collection redemption code?

To redeem an Adobe Substance 3D Collection redemption code, follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://redeem.adobe.com
2. Sign in or create an Adobe account
3. Enter the redemption code and click Redeem Code
4. Click Add Payment method for auto-renewal or Remind Me Later
5. Click Get Started
    

How do I redeem the Adobe After Effects redemption code?

To redeem an Adobe After Effects redemption code, you should follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://redeem.adobe.com
2. Sign in or create an Adobe account
3. Enter the redemption code and click Redeem Code
4. Click Add Payment method for auto-renewal or Remind Me Later
5. Click Get Started
    

How long is the redemption code valid?

The redemption code is a one-time use code for Adobe products. The code does not expire, so you can redeem it at your convenience.
 

I am an existing Maxon One user. Can I upgrade to the bundle?

Unfortunately no, the special pricing is only available for new subscriptions.

How do I renew after the first year?

• Maxon One automatically renews for another year at the normal price ($1199 USD per year or regional equivalent). The Adobe products (Adobe Substance 3D Collection and/or Adobe After Effects) will only automatically renew if you enter a valid credit card when you redeem your redemption code, or if you add a credit card to your account management page at account.adobe.com prior to the subscription term expiration date.
