  3. Set a new password.

Once your password has been set, your Facebook or Google account will have been removed from your Maxon account, and you instead will sign in with your newly-set password.

Apple Sign-in Users

Follow these steps to remove Apple from your Maxon account as a sign-in method.

  1. Create a new Maxon account using the email address you'd like to use.
  2. Contact Support requesting your licenses be transferred to the new account.

Additional Information

Behind the scenes, Apple isn't as easy to remove its sign in method from on account it is creating a new, randomized, anonymized email address for your Maxon account to exist under. The other two options do not have this same obfuscation process and are instead linked directly to your email. It is because of this difference that the steps are not the same for all federated sign-in options.
