Subscriptions can be renewed or canceled from the Subscriptions tab of your Maxon account.
How to Cancel a Subscription
- Sign into your Maxon Account
- Click Subscriptions
- Click Stop automatic subscription renewal under the Subscription status section of the subscription you wish to cancel.
- A subscription needs to have been active for at least 15 minutes before this screen will populate.
- If no options are listed under the subscription, you'll need to wait for the account systems to update.
- Once canceled, refresh the page to verify that it has been completed successfully.
Additional Notes:
- Canceled subscriptions are usable for the remainder of their duration.
- Review our refund policies for information on acquiring refunds for eligible subscription renewals.
How to Renew a Subscription
Subscriptions are set to renew by default.
- If your subscription has lapsed, you can renew it by repurchasing it through maxon.net.
- If your subscription is active but is set to expire:
- Sign into your Maxon account.
- Click Subscriptions
- Click Renew next to the subscription.
