How can I cancel or renew my subscriptions?

If you bought subscriptions directly on our Maxon Shop, you should log into my.maxon.net and follow these steps. 

Go to "Subscriptions" along the top.

You will now see a screen like below, showing your subscription status.

Click the link next to that status to either cancel or renew.

Follow the on-screen instructions from there.

Once you have made the change, it's good to come back to this page just to verify that it has been completed successfully.

 

Important notes:

  • Turning off auto-renewal only prevents future payments. You will continue to have use of the time you have already paid for.
  • You must cancel your auto-renewal 3 days before the expiration date for monthly subscriptions and 10 days before the expiration date for annual subscriptions. This is because they charge early in case of payment issues, giving you time to correct the issue without risking work interruptions.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, file a ticket with Support using the Submit a Request link above.
