When using an Apple ID, if you toggle on or off the option to hide your email, you may experience a few issues such as missed subscription billing notifications.
What's used for your email is an important identifier in our Maxon account system and connected systems.
To avoid this, update your email on my.maxon.net on the Profile tab after you have switched from hiding or showing your Apple ID.
