(Premiere) How do I use PluralEyes & Premiere without the Connector/Extension?

To send a project from Premiere to PluralEyes and back, without using PluralEyes as an extension of Premiere, follow these steps:

1. In Premiere Pro, with your sequence prepared, click File > Export > Final Cut Pro XML...
2. Open PluralEyes, choose File > New Project from Premiere Pro, and import the above XML file
3. Sync and then export using the Export Format: Premiere Pro
4. Import the synced XML file into Premiere Pro
