How do I install my products?

Please note: These steps are only applicable for users with active subscriptions. For Legacy purchases, please see the following articles:

All products can be downloaded and installed using our app manager, the Maxon App. The installer for the Maxon App is located at the top of our downloads page.

After you've downloaded and installed the Maxon App, sign with the Maxon Account that you've used to purchase your license.

Once logged in, you can install your software via the Products tab of the Maxon App.

Finally, click Install next to the product(s) you've purchased. 

The Maxon App will download, run, and guide you through the installer's process.

Finally, launch whichever program you've installed to get started. Cinema 4D and ZBrush will be located in your Start Menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac), whereas Redshift and Red Giant plugins get installed into any compatible host applications that are on your system.
