How do I install my products?

These steps are for users with active subscriptions. Legacy users can review these FAQs.

1. First download and install the Maxon App, which is responsible for setting up all Maxon products.
2. Launch the Maxon App and sign with the same credentials used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. After signing in you'll be on the Products tab of the Maxon App.
   
4. Click Install next to the product(s) you've purchased. 

The Maxon App then downloads, runs, and guides you through the rest of the installation process.

After it's completed, locate your installed program(s) on your system:

• Cinema 4D and ZBrush will be alongside your other applications.
• Redshift and Red Giant plugins reside in whichever compatible host applications were on your system during the installation process.
