How long does a refund take to process?

The entire refund process may take upwards of 10 days to complete.

Maxon processes refunds within 5 days of a request, but afterwards the funds may take 5-7 days to reach your account depending on how your payment provider finalizes the process and whatever their policies are.

If you would like to confirm the status of your refund:

• After 5 days of requesting your refund: contact your payment provider after five days to confirm the refund has been received and is being processed by them.
• Within 5 days of questing your refund, or beyond 10 days: contact Support if you would like us to confirm your refund was submitted and processed by Maxon.
