How do I disable automatic renewal on my subscription?

You can disable the auto-renewal of a subscription under the subscription details of the Subscription section of your Maxon Account.

1. Log in to your Maxon Account at my.maxon.net and select the Subscriptions tab

2. Click "Manage"

   

3. Within the Manage Subscription page, find the automatic renewal option
   
4. Toggle the switch to disable auto-renew
5. Click Save to confirm your changes
6. You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes later. It is recommended to save that email for reference later.
   • If you do not receive the email, check your junk folder or spam filter. Also, check the Manage Subscription page again to make sure "Auto-Renewal" is toggled off.
