How do I update my payment information?

Payment information can be changed on your Maxon account under the Subscriptions tab.

1. Log into your Maxon Account at my.maxon.net and go to the Subscriptions tab.

2. Click the Manage button.

   

3. Click the Update Payment Method link.

   

Important Notes:

• Annual subscriptions renew 10 days before their expiration date, while monthly subscriptions renew 3 days before their expiration date. If you update the payment method after these time frames have passed, you will likely already have been charged to whatever previous payment information was on file.
• Saved credit cards are NOT pre-populated on the Change Payment method flow for an active subscription. You must re-enter full card details, even for saved cards.
