How do I update my payment information?

Payment information can be changed on your Maxon account under the Subscriptions tab.

1. Log in to your Maxon Account at my.maxon.net
2. Head to the Subscriptions tab
   
3. Locate and select Payment Information
4. Enter updated credit card or payment details. 
   • Maxon partners with 2Checkout for secure payment processing.
5. Save changes

Note that annual subscriptions renew 3 days before their expiration date, while monthly subscriptions renew 10 days before their expiration date. If you update payment method after these time frames have passed, you will likely have already been charged to whatever previous payment information was on file.
