Payment failures can commonly be attributed to one of these factors:
- The payment provider needs to allow international payments and online transactions
- The payment provider needs manual authorization for payments to Maxon (appearing as 2checkout on statements)
- The payment provider has received too many attempted charges in a short amount of time
- There are not enough funds in the account
If you have accounted for all of these factors with your payment provider, or need assistance determining why your payment failed, contact Maxon customer service to get back up and running in as timely a manner as possible.
