How do I change my Maxon Email address?

To change your email address, please log into your MyMaxon account.

 

Please Note:

Updating your email address will break the link with Verifone's subscription management system. This means you will no longer be able to manage subscriptions or view invoices associated with the old email address. We recommend canceling your subscription before updating your email address. When it ends, you can then purchase a new subscription under the new address.



Make sure you are under the Profile Section.

Then in the email section, press the Edit button;

 

 

Here you can add an alternative email address;

First, you should then receive a verification email to your current email;

 

 

Then please click 'Confirm Email Address' inside the email.

 

Then you will see the message below, please click 'OK' and check the email address which you are going to add.

You'll receive another confirm email will be sent to the email which you want to change to, please click 'Confirm Email Address' button. 

Then you will need to sign in once again through the original login credentials. After signing in, you will be given the option to use the new address as a 'Sign-In email'.

 

 

Please note:

  • For security purposes, your email address can only be changed once a week.
  • If you change the email address before canceling your current subscriptions, the customer service team can cancel them for you. Please submit a support request. It is important to cancel before the renewal date, as there are no refunds on subscription renewals.
