Sign in Failed: Email address is reserved or not registered

This error means one of two things:

  • You need to sign-in with a method different than what you had just used.
  • You had never set up a Maxon account.

To resolve it, follow these steps:

  1. Click Try Again
  2. Use a different sign-in option than the one you'd just tried. For example if you just tried using your email address, try instead using Google to sign in.

    • If none of the sign-in options work, try resetting your password using the Forgot Password option

      If resetting your password results in an error saying your account was not found, this would mean you had never setup a Maxon account under the email you had used for the reset password process, in which case you would need to either create a Maxon account, or try an alternate email you may have used.
