Why am I unable to find my country while purchasing or changing addresses?

There are two components to check over if you're unable to find your country when purchasing or changing the address for your Maxon account: 

  • Make sure you have the correct region selected, which is adjusted at the bottom of the page during the checkout process.

    • Alternatively, you can also specify your region by changing your country code in the URL:Screen_Shot_2021-08-30_at_1.49.24_PM.png(e.g. if you are in the United States, change Locale to en_US)
  • Disable any VPNs you may have active, which can block proper identification of your location.
