Why aren't legacy purchases showing in my Maxon account?

Some Legacy purchases won't be shown in a Maxon account, including:

  • Previous Cinema 4D Serial numbers (R20 and earlier). Contact Support to request Serial numbers and legacy installers.
  • Purchases made through resellers (e.g. ToolFarm, Flashback Japan, B&H, etc.). You'll need to contact whichever reseller you'd bought a product from for your purchase information.
  • Redshift RLM Licenses are not recorded under Maxon accounts.

All other legacy purchases (e.g. Red Giant perpetual licenses, Redshift node-locked licenses, and Zbrush activation keys) should all be visible in your Maxon account under the Legacy Licenses section at the bottom of the Licenses page, provided you are signed in using the same email used at the time of the original purchase.

If you are unable to locate a legacy purchase you believe you should have access to, contact Support.
