Invoices are found under the Order History of your Maxon account.
Note that Order History only shows invoices associated with the Maxon account you are logged in under. If you do not see an order under the account you're signed into, you likely need to sign out and sign back in under any other Maxon accounts you may have.
Follow the steps below for a more in-depth guide on viewing invoices:
- Sign in to your Maxon account at my.maxon.net using the email you had made the purchase under
- Go to Order History along the top
- Two options are shown for our payment processors: Verifone and Digital River
- Verifone shows all orders placed February 2025 and later
- Digital River shows all orders placed before February 2025
Repeat these steps for each Maxon account with invoices you would like to view.
