VAT and tax exemptions must be manually verified before they can be applied—this can’t be automated at checkout.
If you have a UID or VAT number, it can be added by Verifone’s support team after your purchase. They’ll verify your exemption status, refund the VAT (or tax) you were just charged, and flag your account so that future renewals are processed without tax.

Exemptions are handled per order—if you have multiple licenses under different order numbers, you’ll need to repeat the process for each one.
If you've already been verified, that exemption only applies to past purchases. Any new purchase requires a new verification.
If you change your address and move to a different tax region (such as a new country or U.S. state), you’ll need to complete verification again.
