How do I find my credit memo?

Credit memos are accessed from the Order History tab of your Maxon account. 

Follow the steps below for a more in-depth guide:

1. Log into my.maxon.net with the account you'd made the purchase from
2. Go to Order History at the top
   
   
3. Click the View button alongside any orders you'd like to see the invoice of
   
4. The Credit Memo is one of two options available when viewing refunded purchases, alongside the original invoice
