New annual subscriptions can be refunded by following the steps below. Other eligible refunds will need to be done by way of a Support ticket.
- Sign in to your Maxon account
- Click Subscriptions
- Click the order number or View order details button
- Click Request Refund
- (Optional) Provide your reason for requesting the refund
- If the purchase is not eligible for a refund, the request will be denied.
- If you believe you have a situation that warrants an exception, contact Support.
- Click the Request Refund button
