The payment method associated with your subscription will attempt to be charged over a period of 3 days starting from when your subscription is set to renew (i.e. 3 days before monthly term ends, 10 days before before annual term ends).
During these 3 days, if at any time payment is unsuccessful, your subscription will be marked as "Overdue," but your plugins will continue to work without a watermark until the subscription term ends.
- You can update your payment method under the Subscriptions tab of your Maxon account.
- If you do not want your subscription to renew, cancel auto-renew.
- In some cases, depending on the policies of your payment method provider (e.g. MasterCard, Visa, etc.), your subscription may continue to be charged even if the card we have on file is expired.
